Anya Sharma - Co-Founder & Lead Instructor

Anya's journey with yoga began over 20 years ago, sparked by a need for balance in a fast-paced corporate career. Her passion for mindfulness and movement led her to leave the corporate world and dedicate her life to teaching. Specializing in Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga, Anya believes in empowering students to connect with their breath and find their unique expression of each pose. Her classes are known for their fluid sequencing, insightful philosophy, and deep sense of calm. She holds E-RYT 500 certification and has trained extensively in India.
